You may remember our hairy little pal- the wood chuck possessed little critter? I guess he likes pumpkin. Maybe he'll chew a face for me and I won't have to carve it.
That is truly bizarre. Your woodchuck pal, I mean. It is interesting to me that we live in a rural area, surrounded by woods and animals, and you, who live in a thoroughly metropolitan area, are the one dealing with Scrappy. We have had a porcupine get its head stuck in between the deck railing 2x2s once, but to date nobody had tried eating our house, at least nobody mammalian.
News on this end; not much work on the house happened this weekend, but I ran 17 miles today. Seven more weeks to the day and Vegas will be an accomplishment instead of a goal and I can get back to spending my weekends working on house projects. There is a chaise lounge and a good book waiting for me. I just know it.
Too funny! Can't wait to see the finished product! :)
Thank you for the kind words, my friend. I am richly blessed that I am able to pull off half of what I do! :) I should be posting pictures soon of the nearly-completed parlor with new wood stove! Hallelujah!
